Wishes

Yeah
Hi people
If I could make a wish right now it would be to have less homework while still learning just as much. Frankly it's not that easy to balance my time problems between homework, school, chores, the swimming team, and other things such as reading and listening to music so it's getting kind of annoying that my teachers assign so much of it. Either way this post proves that I'm surviving so yeah.
Anyway, my friend Miki is sitting right next to me and reading over my shoulder. Hmm...what to talk about? Well this is a blog about music right?
Over spring break I did a lot and hardly had time to relax but when I did I listened to music. Sadly sometimes my brother turned his up and no offense to those of you 60's and 70's lovers out there but after listening to Aretha Franklin and The Wonders for hours on end I went crazy. Lol, so I'd go to my room, close the door and read.
I was happy when later one day my dad began to talk to me about is favorite composers and works. A few of them were tear jerking brilliance. Anyway, I wanted some replies to this post to see what you think about different types of music. I'm going to make a few polls so please vote.
From you ever loving music fan

  1. Music is great not just for the sound but for the feeling it evokes. Fast music makes your heart race a little, but with the classics your whole body becomes involved in the music, just listen to a concert of classical music and it is like the music in inside not outside of your being.

  2. Death, all around me. A artelery shell wails overhead. Some poor bastards got it. A rifle let's loose, God bless whoever got it. The clammering of the machine gun ripping throught belts of ammunition. The dead pilling up around me. God Don't you see this? Why don't you stop it. Then at that moment it clicks the spirt of the eternal guardian and soldier. I know now what must be done. I must silence those horrible merchants of death.
